Custom Crest Return and Refund Policy

At Custom Crest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

  1. Accepted Reasons for Return:

    • Broken or damaged product.
    • Incorrect product delivered.
  2. Video Proof Requirement:

    • Customers must record a video proof at the time of opening the delivered parcel.
    • This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside.
  3. Without Video Proof:

    • We regret to inform you that without the video proof, we cannot entertain any returns/refund or complaints.
  4. Return Request Timeline:

    • Returns will only be accepted if the complaint is raised within 2 days of the order being delivered.

Refund Process:

  1. If your order meets the above conditions and valid video proof is provided, we will refund the full amount excluding Cash on Delivery convenience charges.
  2. The refund will be credited to your given bank account within 2-3 days of verifying the video proof and approving the refund complaint.

Return Process:

  1. If your order meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the video proof.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
